Condition: As per Institute Yacht Clause 01.11.1985 (clauses 328) related to Third Party Liability point 11 is limited to Lebanese territorial waters.

 

Limit of Liability: USD 50,000 per event and in the aggregate

 

Complementary covers (Optional – YOM up to 20 years only)

 

Water skiers’ liability:

 

Cover:                           Material and bodily Damages caused by skiers or bodily injuries to skiers.

 

Limits of liability:            USD 2,500. -

 

Parties on board (Owner, skipper and family members)

 

Limits of liability:

- Per person: USD 2,500. -

- In the aggregate: USD 10,000. -
