• In case of an accident and to protect all parties, the insured must call the company to assign a sworn traffic expert unless advised otherwise by the company.

• Total loss or partial loss resulting from fire due to thermal runaway, and/or occurring while charging, during the charging process, or when not using factory-dealer sockets, is excluded.
  
• Loss or damage due to electrical overload resulting from lightning strikes on the drive battery is excluded.
